This is provided through telephone support and onsite support until the event comes out to light. Supper sport account manager will be reporting to the contact person provided by the customer concerning the event to keep him up to date with what the company has accomplished day by day and if necessary can take a tour with the client in the field area in order to put in mined what the clients wants
